We go live every Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hours may change, but we will notify everyone of the day and time.

We offer local pickup and delivery, as well as nationwide shipping. Order fulfillment takes 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Lollissweets.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
Return Request Days
Lollissweets.com allows you to return its item(s) within a period of 10 days. Kindly be advised that the item(s) should be returned unopened and unused.
Out-of-Stock Item Process
Lollissweets.com has the following options in the event that there are items that are out of stock. Cancel and refund out-of-stock items and ship the remaining items in order.
Import Duty and Taxes

Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We don’t offer refunds on personalized or custom products. This includes our custom range and all pre-prepared Pick N Mix packaged goods.
For goods that can be canceled and returned, i.e., including items from our imported candy, snacks, and soda/pop range, customers have the right to return them if unopened within 14 days from receipt of your order. You must inform us by email at starr@lollissweets.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from when we receive the returned goods.
In order for goods to be eligible for return, items must have been purchased in the last 14 days and be in their original packaging. Please ensure that the following does not apply:
The following goods can’t be returned:
- Custom Pick N Mix made to your specific requirements, personalized goods, and all pre-prepared Pick N Mix products.
- Goods that have been damaged, have deteriorated, or where the date has expired.
- Due to health protection or hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept goods that are opened or unsealed after delivery.
- The item returned is not as it was sold. For example, items are missing.
- Goods which are, after delivery according to their nature, mixed with other items.
Only standard priced items may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
It is vital you keep all internal and external packaging if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We cannot refund any items without photo evidence of any damage and of your physical invoice.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and tracked service. We are unable to issue a refund until we have received the delivery.
Disclaimer
Each Pick N Mix size comes with a maximum number of candies. Make sure you double-check the quantity allowed for your size before checking out!
Please note that we are not responsible for the melting of any candy due to heat. You can opt to add ice to your order.
